Express Hockey Program Overview

Express  Hockey offers a number of hockey programs for all ages. Clinics are held year  round and are designed to meet the needs of specific groups or individuals.  Players will receive training and instruction in the fundamentals of hockey  from qualified instructors.  They will  also learn to apply these techniques in a game situation. Programs currently  offered are as follows:

 

Developmental Programs are held  through out the year. These clinics are usually offered to specific age groups  and or ability levels and are open to anyone.

 

Advanced Programs are also  held year round but are invitational. Players are  Usually  selected based on their performance in developmental clinics or in their Minor  hockey leagues.

 

Spring Hockey includes  various programs. Developmental Spring Hockey is open to all and  includes instructional sessions and in house games. Advanced Spring Hockey is an  invitational program that combines instructional clinics with tournament play. Four on Four  Leagues are offered for various age groups. This provides an  excellent opportunity for kids to hone their skills in a very relaxed fun  setting.

The Summer Hockey Program, consists  of week long camps with 2-3 hours of on ice instruction per day, with relevant  dry land training and inter squad games. These camps are  open to all.

 

Specialty Clinics are  designated relative to specific positional play and or particular skills. Adult  clinics have been offered to both men and women. Private clinics are available  for both teams and individuals.
